Tiger Creek Estates is a newly developed subdivision located on Lake Sam Rayburn. As of now, there are three sections.

Section 1 has two acreage tracts available which you can view at the two links following:

Section 2 is a creation of acreage lots of which there are only a few left, ranging in size from 2.698 acres at $12,141 to 6.642 acres at $29,889. Section 3 is the waterfront section of Tiger Creek Estates. There are some beautiful views available right on Lake Sam Rayburn. There are several lots available that you may view individually by going to the "Lake Properties" section of our "Featured Properties" page. There is also a map linked on this page to view the general layout.

Tiger Creek Estates is a restricted subdivision and you may obtain these restrictions by clicking the links on this page or calling our office.
