Hailey Culbert

Hailey was born in New Mexico but moved to Texas at a very young age. She was raised in Brookeland, where she attended school and proudly graduated. With a strong work ethic and passion for helping others, Hailey began working in banking at just 16 years old, gaining valuable knowledge and experience in financing and customer service that continues to benefit her clients today.

In 2021, Hailey joined Rayburn Realty as an office administrator, where she developed a deeper understanding of the real estate industry and discovered her passion for helping families find a place to call home. After taking time away to grow her family and establish roots in Newton, Texas with her husband and their two children, Hailey returned to Rayburn Realty in 2025 with a renewed dedication to pursuing her real estate career. She officially became a licensed REALTOR® in April 2026.
