The home hit market for sale and I reached out to Jessica to see it. We scheduled a showing for a few days later.

The night before the scheduled appointment to see the home, I sent Jessica a text canceling because I just didn’t like the location of the home & didn’t want to waste her time.

She responded telling me that she really thinks this house could be the one, that she really thinks I should see it and assured me I wouldn’t be wasting her time.

I decided to go ahead and see the home. When we arrived I was still not happy about the location but I knew this house wasn’t a home I was going to find again.

We ended up closing on a VA loan in 30 days with Jessica! Completely unheard of to close that quickly on a VA. Wouldn’t have happened without her on our team.
